People who purchase their products make potential customers. In fact, customers tend to sustain a nice profile with HGBV in an attempt to keep benefiting from its services. HGBV is an employer parents dream to get their children employed after completion of their studies.

This tells that HGBV is at the apogee of its success. Customers stand in a queue to be served, it is, no doubt, the height of success! An in-depth analysis of the organizational culture of HGBV explains the secret of its unusual popularity in the masses. HGBV does not only employ its workers, it actually owns them. The employees come from different cultural backgrounds. But once they are recruited, they belong to one culture – the culture of HGBV. There are logical and reasonable rules, though the flexibility in accountability compliments them.

Nobody has any problem if some employee breaches the rules gently. The rule breaker is hardly ever taken to task. Instead, someone who makes an unnecessary fuss about the incident is in trouble. This does not mean that the owners allow corruption. There is a strict accountability system for potential crimes. Though for minor matters, employees are offered relaxation so that they may feel themselves members of one family. Like a parent does not scold a child for not having brushed his teeth before going to sleep, despite having instructed him against it.

The manager at HGBV would prefer to sustain a problem even if it incurs the company some cost, but would not like to solve it in a way that would upset the employees. Sustained peace and harmony among the team members at HGBV is the biggest priority for the manager. Work comes second to that. The environment of HGBV is incredibly staff friendly. Employees are free to do anything they can to help the company with any issue. A worker that makes use of his/her personal links and contacts to solve an organizational problem is encouraged no less than another worker, who accomplishes the same through skill and capability.

Leadership at HGBV is too flexible. Managers do not let their subordinates feel inferior to them. This encourages the employees to wholeheartedly participate in discussions of organizational significance. Talent is utilized in the best possible manner. Employees at HGBV find themselves in extreme leverage. This encourages them to make use of their full potential. The employees, in turn, dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to their work. Norms, values, and ethical standards are quite well defined in the culture of HGBV.

Therefore, the whole team of HGBV stands as juggernauts to tackle any risk that surfaces to belittle the profitability. This case study of HGBV presents a robust example in which a positive organizational culture can be developed.
