SOCIAL MEDIA . Fortune international realty is a real e firm based in America. Specifically, the firm is located in the state of Florida. It is one of the best real estate firm in the world because of its competitiveness and huge academic background. Its work is done by professionals who provide a supportive and cooperative environment. Indeed, it’s the best real estate firm because it has been certified by various corporate bodies as the best in the world. In our discussion, we are going to do social media audit as well as do audit campaign planning of Fortune International Realty. In social media audit, audience analysis is important to determine who has been your audience. An analysis of the effectiveness of reaching the target audience is required. True records of the target audience and the actual audience should provide a lifeline for the coverage of Fortune Company in the social media. As a matter of fact, most companies have embraced social media that makes Fortune to improve its market share in the social media. SWOT analysis is tool that is used by most companies in the world to show the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the company. Fortune International Realty can do a SWOT analysis as part of the social audit of the firm. SWOT analysis on social media audit and campaign planning on fortune brings out an analysis on Fortune on various aspects. One of the key elements is to ensure that the campaigns are on track and proper guidelines are followed. SWOT analysis is model that assesses what the company cannot or can do as well as potential threats and opportunities. Opportunities and threats are external factors that are beyond the control of the organization. In addition, strengths and weakness are internal factors which are within the control of the organization. In dealing with all these outcomes, Fortune should develop strategies to deal with them. In doing the audit, the company focusses on social media tools like Facebook, twitter and linkeldn and analyze how effective they have been in the promotional of the company. On the strengths of the company, the company provided adequate funds for the campaign. This was a plus as the budget allocation of the company was met and definitely, the target audience was reached. The presence of the social media where the target audience spends most of the time was used by the industry. That notwithstanding, Fortune provides compelling and contagious content that attracts potential customers. The brand of pages provided are professionally looking as well as commanding a huge fan base. The fan base is engaged through comments, likes, shares and conversation through major sites. Through the audit, some of the weaknesses would be inactive social sites, a few fans following the site can be demonstrated by few likes and chats in some social media. Besides, experiencing few comments on the company products. At times, there can be poor engagement with the fans which can create negative comments. In doing the campaign, the opportunities are potential growth areas in the market. Failure to identify a growth is a setback to a company. As a social media campaign, Fortune International should be aggressive In their pursuit for dominance in the real estate business in areas they have not grown. Ways of being creative should be devised to widen social media presence. The opportunities that may be available include having influential people on the fan page. Use of trending topics on the social media as well as increase the number of people with internet access. The company can also start an engagement by breaking news on people they can rely on as their customers. A business page can also be linked with the company website or blog that commands a huge following. As any firm in the world, Fortune international has been faced with many threats. In carrying out the campaign and audit, the audit navigates through innovative strategies in identifying threats. The business could be faced with great number of dislikes or negative comments in the social media. This high number of dislikes on Facebook and a few people following the company on twitter would be a major setback. Another threat would be aggressive campaign by competitors in the real estate market who fight to have a share in the market. Appraisal of Fortune International in the market would be rated as very high because of the company wide use of social media. For instance, in Facebook, the company boosts of many likes. At present, there are many likes and visits by potential customers on its Facebook page. The company boosts of aggressive campaigns on Facebook by use of attractive terminologies. A case example of statements used in its campaign include; South Florida’s Real Estate Market Looks HOT Again. Such statements are very attractive and they catch the eye very fast. Another social media they use in the campaign is Linkeldn. However In our discussion, our emphasis would be greatly on Facebook. The proposed goals and objectives in the campaign include carrying out sensitization through roadshows, use of billboards and radio and television advertisements on the use of Fortune website. People should be encouraged on the use of the website. The website designers should make a design that is user friendly. In carrying out the media campaign, the target group should be borne in mind. In our case, the middle class is the target audience. The social media campaign should encourage the use of the internet. It’s through the internet that vital information about the real estate firm can be retrieved. Hence, the company can liaise with companies that provide internet connection about potential market places to invest. Through this liaison, it would be a win win situation for both companies. My suggestion on how to manage social media platform is to use various measures. The most important of all is to encourage users to subscribe on the respective sites to obtain information. Through that, the company is able to know the exact number of people using the site. That promotes efficiency and effectiveness of the company. The site can also be managed by providing up to date information about the company products. Promotions can also be run on these sites to make them more active. Potential employees are to be encouraged to apply online. In doing all these, the company experiences continuous growth. As result, social media could be managed more effectively. An evaluation plan would be drawn to check on how far social media usage has undergone. In the evaluation plan, various elements must be incorporated. In evaluation, you should ask yourself whether you are using the right platform. In reality, there are many platforms when doing your campaign. Some of the biggest platforms are Facebook, twitter, YouTube, and blogs. Basically, an understanding of the social media should be our number one priority. The company should not blindly sign up but rather educate themselves about the brand. Blog sites are the most powerful tools to use because they provide updates and ideas to their consumers on a daily basis. The customers would most likely enjoy up to date information about the company. Other evaluation tool is whether the company is providing the messages that the audience wants. In social media, it’s the audience that dictates what kind of message to hear. The most important thing is to understand what the audience wants to here. By understanding your audience, you are able to understand the general trend in the market and act as a pacesetter. Another important aspect in evaluation is to listen to your audience. You can analyze the social media to see their likes, dislikes, comments and following that you command in your social media. It’s highly recommended that you follow what is going on in these accounts and come up with a favorable conclusions. Whatever the audience is saying should be taken in seriously. In evaluation, fun should take a center stage. Through that, the customers keep on being entertained and people always find ways to keep themselves fresh. In the long run though fun, the company is able to achieve its objectives. These strategies provide a tool of ensuring that proper guidelines are followed and that a common interest is attained. What the company is trying to achieve is to increase its market share by marketing its products. The social media provides a medium for mutual interaction among various stakeholders. The brand of the company can also be improved through sharing. Another benefit is the trend of the current economy and money markets. Inflation issues and exchange rates are also shared which promotes good economic planning of the company. The company achieves all these objectives by employing bloggers who do research and provide the current information about the market. Through that, the organization would be keeping the right audience and provide thereby enhancing effective communication (Aull, 2014). In this regard it makes the company to be more responsive to consumer needs. It’s also a form of dialogue on how the company can achieve a competitive edge. This enhances consumer satisfaction and brings about meaningful growth of Fortune. The message strategies that the company is using is kind of informative. The message should be clear and concise and provide the company mission and vision. The vision of Fortune is to be a real estate of choice to consumers and provide outstanding services. Fortune International Realty mission and vision provide attention to potential customers and promote the development of the company. The company is amplifying its message by providing a comprehensive outlook through the background information. The background is so clear that it from its look, it tells it all on what the company stands for. This enhances good product service and promotes its real estate products thus providing a good reputation. In conclusion, Fortune International Realty is a multinational company that has contributed greatly in the growth of real estate business. They provide advice to potential investors thus enhancing growth of real estate firms. As witnessed, the company has used various strategies that have made the company to grow substantially. Subsequently, real estate business specifically in Florida has boomed in the recent past. Owing to improved security, the real estate business is improving. It has led to emergency of urban centers that are essential for advancement of business and technology. The company is also promoting social media campaigns. The company is using various strategies which have proved worthwhile. The social media tools discussed here are not only useful to Fortune International Realty but also to other companies.
